Requesting your personal data from WOW air

You can send us a request for a copy of your personal data that WOW air holds about you by e-mailing us at datarequest@wow.is. 

Please provide the following information:

• Your full name

• A description of the data you are requesting (flights booked/taken, date range)

• Booking reference for the specific flights you are requesting information about.

• All e-mail addresses (past and present) used to book flights with WOW air

• A copy of your currend and valid photo ID (e.g. passport photo page)

After we receive your request including all the required information we have one month to process the request undert he current legislation. Subject to the magnitude and complexity of requests we can extend that period up to three months. 

While we will do our best to process your request before this deadline we cannot guarantee that this will be the case. Please note that any missing information will delay the processing time.
