Under no circumstances can USAerospace Partners be held responsible, misplaced or liable for any claims, damages, losses, expenses, costs or liabilities whatsoever (including, without limitation, any direct or indirect damages for loss of profits or business interruption) resulting or arising directly or indirectly from connected to previous business relationship of the ceased operation.
